It was announced April 28, 2010 that Jobs will be the opening night speaker at the "D: All Things Digital" technology conference, organizers said, a rare public appearance by the co-founder of the California company. The 55-year-old Apple chief executive will be interviewed by conference co-producers Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg on the opening night of the event to be held June 1-3 near Los Angeles, they said.
